Imagine a time when work team mates are laughing and chatting at the end of a busy week and there isn’t a stampede out the door to kick start the weekend. In procurement we no longer need to imagine. We witnessed a quantum shift in relationships on a Friday after a grueling journey together. 8 people helped each other across crocodile infested waters, built a world cup stadium, survived an aeroplane crash in the Botswana bushveld and solved some mentally and physically challenging exercises to emerge stronger and more appreciative of each other’s skills and experience.

Team Attitude’s flexibility on a rain-interrupted day ensured that +130 Mondi Finishing employees were kept busy from start to finish.
